FAQ

Everything about ordering custom insert cards — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What's the minimum order?
Our minimum is 250 pieces for standard full-color printed insert cards. Smaller keepsake runs can be quoted case by case, and foil-stamped or die-cut styles also start at 250 due to setup and tooling.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for national e-commerce fulfillment and retail chains.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical card before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say a Standard Insert Card for the box and a Mini for the loyalty program — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, cardstock, and finish specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don't have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both cardstock color and print so your insert cards match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each card?
Yes for larger custom projects — send a spreadsheet of names or order numbers. This is popular for wedding favors and VIP gifting; ask about setup for variable printing.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About ten business days from approved mockup for standard styles, and slightly longer for a new foil die or a custom die-cut shape.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm launch or event deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Insert cards are light and stack efficiently, so bulk orders ship economically.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations or fulfillment centers.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do insert cards cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.15 to $0.65 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don't you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, style, cardstock, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?
Matte White, Kraft, Soft Ivory, Linen Texture, Glossy, and Foil Accent in Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold, with custom Pantone matching on request.
Is the printing or foil really durable?
Yes. Our full-color printing is fused into premium cardstock and our foil stamping is heat-pressed, so neither smudges, peels, or fades in normal handling.
What are the insert cards made of?
Premium 14pt–16pt cardstock — matte, silk, or uncoated — substantial enough to feel premium in the hand without adding shipping weight.
How do I care for or store them?
Keep cartons flat and dry before use. Foil and full-color print are stable at normal indoor conditions; avoid prolonged direct sunlight or moisture before insertion.
