Mini Insert Card

Not every message needs a full sheet of cardstock, and not every box has room for one. The Mini Insert Card takes the same full-color print quality as our larger formats and puts it on a 2×3.5 inch card — the same footprint as a standard business card — so it fits into jewelry boxes, cosmetic pouches, small mailers, and anywhere a bigger insert would feel oversized or get folded to fit. It is the format brands reach for when the goal is a punch of branding or a single clear instruction, not a paragraph.

The most common use we see is a loyalty or referral card: a stamp grid on the back, a discount code on the front, designed to be pulled out of the box and kept in a wallet rather than recycled with the packaging. Because the card is small, customers treat it more like a keepsake or a coupon than packaging waste — it survives the unboxing in a way a full letter-sized insert often does not. We have also seen it used as a compact care card, a social-follow prompt with a QR code, and a simple “thank you, here is your order number” card for brands that ship small items where a 4×6 card would dwarf the product.

Despite the small size, the print quality and cardstock weight are identical to our larger cards — we do not thin out the stock just because the footprint shrank. You get the same 14pt–16pt premium cardstock, the same full-color edge-to-edge printing, and the same finish options, just cut smaller. That consistency matters if you are running a Mini alongside a Standard card in the same box; they should feel like they came from the same print run, not two different vendors.
